Registration is mandatory before admission. Registration does not guarantee admission.
A valid Birth Certificate issued by the appropriate Municipal Authority must be submitted at the time of admission.
Students seeking admission to classes KG and above must submit a Transfer Certificate from their previous school.
The student's name and date of birth recorded in the Birth Certificate/School Leaving Certificate will be treated as final and cannot be altered later.
The school reserves the right to accept or reject any admission application.
Attendance & Leave Policy
Regular attendance is compulsory.
Leave will be granted only in cases of illness or other genuine reasons.
All leave applications must be submitted and signed by the parent/guardian.
Absence without prior approval may attract a penalty as per school regulations.
Students remaining absent for more than 10 consecutive days without sanctioned leave may have their names removed from the school rolls.
Re-admission, where applicable, will be at the discretion of the Principal and may require payment of fresh admission fees.
Parents are advised not to encourage unnecessary absence from school for social, religious, or family functions.
In case of illness during examination periods, parents must inform the school office promptly.
Parent Guidelines
Parents and guardians are expected to cooperate with the school in maintaining discipline, good conduct, and positive values.
Mobile phones are strictly prohibited on the school campus. Parents should not send mobile phones with students.
Academic progress and student-related concerns should be discussed through the Head of School and the concerned class teacher.
Parents are not permitted to meet students or teachers during school hours unless specifically authorized.
Parents should not wait near classrooms, corridors, or verandas during instructional hours.
Parents are requested to review and sign report cards, attendance records, absence notes, and other communications sent by the school.
By enrolling a child, parents acknowledge acceptance of the school's rules, policies, curriculum, and facilities.
Parents should ensure that students return to school on reopening dates after vacations.
Any change in residential address or contact information must be communicated to the school immediately.
Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the school campus, including administrative offices and reception areas.
School rules and regulations are framed in the best interests of the institution and students and are applicable to all families.
Fee Payment Rules
School fees must be paid between the 1st and 10th of each month.
Late payments may incur applicable late fees.
Parents should retain all fee receipts and present them whenever required as proof of payment.

Withdrawal & Transfer Policy
Parents wishing to withdraw a student must provide at least one month's written notice before the commencement of the academic session.
Failure to provide the required notice may result in forfeiture of the caution/security deposit.
School Leaving Certificates will be issued only after all outstanding dues have been cleared.
During an ongoing academic session, one month's written notice is required for withdrawal due to transfer, health reasons, or admission to another school.
Written acknowledgement from the school must be obtained for all withdrawal requests.
Grounds for Compulsory Withdrawal
The school reserves the right to require withdrawal of a student for:
Irregular attendance.
Unsatisfactory academic progress.
Misconduct or indiscipline.
Grave insubordination towards school authorities.
School Transport Rules
Students using school transport must board and disembark only at designated stops.
Transport services operate according to approved routes and schedules.
Transport charges are determined based on distance and route.
During severe weather or road blockages, the school may suspend transport services or declare a holiday for student safety.
Parents should stay informed of transport-related updates through school communication channels.
